Tricorp Group is on a roll with another new project kicking off – Alvarez Court Apartments in Pinole. This19-unit affordable housing renovation consists of interior ADA unit conversions, common area ADA improvements, new fire alarm, and new interior fixtures. Exterior improvements will include replacing existing deck and waterproofing, exterior dry rot repairs, unit door replacement, roof replacement, adding accessible parking and route of travel, and complete building repaint. The property is remaining partially occupied throughout the construction process so clear communication and planning will be essential to keep residents safe during the renovation process. Tricorp is kicking off another new project - Aspen Court Apartments located in Pacheco! This 12-unit affordable housing renovation includes complete water line replacement, updating fixtures in the kitchen & restrooms, and installation of new fire alarm. The exterior upgrades will include adding accessible parking and making the existing paths of travel fully accessible. Look forward for more to come! We're excited to kick off our newest Affordable Housing project, Arden Star Homekey Conversion in Sacramento. This remodel project will convert the existing 128-room Arden Star Hotel to 124 affordable housing units. Interior upgrades will include new electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, fixtures, flooring, cabinets, and countertops. We are excited to announce the new AC Hotel by Marriott in downtown Sacramento recently received Certificate of Occupancy! This impressive 100,359 square feet, 9-story (8-story over basement) European inspired décor hotel features an upscale lobby and bar area, two media center rooms, and a fitness room. Exterior features include aluminum storefront windows with aluminum fins, aluminum sunscreens, insulated metal panels, external insulation & finish system (EIFS), and exposed concrete. The hotel is walking distance away from the Golden 1 Arena and will make a great addition to the downtown area. Today, the first phase of residents of Shotover Inn Apartments in Hamilton City were able to return to their updated units. The interior updates included new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as updated fixtures, doors, flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Exterior improvements will consist of balcony rebuilds, stucco repairs, and replacement of railing, gutter, paint, and light fixtures.
