Absolutely superior customer service and business integrity.
I had gone there to have my hearing checked as I was concerned that I might need hearing aids.
I was greeted and expeditiously tested by the owner herself. After the test she kindly told me that my hearing was not yet to the level where I need devices. (this was my second test in not quite three years). That level of professional integrity ensures I will remain a client of theirs for as long as I live in the area. Thank you for being the people you are.

I had received a flyer for a free hearing check . Marissa was very thorough in explaining the results of the test. I was able to try a hearing aid and to my surprise it was like someone turned on the light for me! I was able to hear very clearly! She set up the hearing aid according to my test results. I'm waiting for the hearing aids to come in.

My visit to GCH&B was a most pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk are very cordial and professional. Caregiver Samantha was knowledgeable, helpful, and very informative.
