Established in 2004, Tricorp Group, Inc. (TGI) is a general contracting firm specializing in affordable housing, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality markets. In addition to our GC services, we also have a special project group that performs small projects, TIs, and building maintenance/services. Tricorp strives to be the leader by implementing ingenuity and innovative solutions both internally and externally with our employees, clients, architects, and subcontractors. With the company headquarters based in Rocklin, CA, Tricorp has worked on projects throughout the state, with a particular emphasis on Northern California. As a GC that self-performs our own projects, TGI values our employees, prioritizes community involvement and strives for excellence on our project and services. Some of our most notable projects include: AC by Marriott Hotel – Sacramento, Hyatt House Hotel – Vacaville, Alila Napa Valley Hotel -St. Helena, Sonrisa Studio Apartments Affordable Housing - Sacramento, and 3 Strands Global Foundation Office – Sacramento. TGI believes in giving back to the community through the company’s Tricorp Cares Initiative. Our involvement includes: hosting our 19th Annual Charity Golf Tournament which benefits 3 Strands Global Foundation and Addie Homes; need-based community projects such as Rebuilding Together; annual holiday toy drive, which served 50 families in 2023, and other projects.
